Slow Food Experiences
From tastings to hands-on workshops, Terra Madre Americas invites you to immerse yourself in Slow Food. Explore coffee, wine, craft beer, cocktails, spirits, and street food from across the Americas, and see how farmers, chefs, and producers are reconnecting food, farming, and culture through agroecology. Whether you’re sipping a rare wine, learning barista skills, or sampling bold new takes on street food, the Slow Food Experiences are your chance to taste, learn, and connect with good, clean, and fair food.
Slow Beverage Area
Curated by the Slow Food Coffee, Drink, and Wine Coalitions, the Slow Beverage Area will bring international experts together for tastings, talks, and interactive workshops. Guests can sample and purchase coffees, wines, and spirits from around the world, explore the role of agroecology in the wine sector, and take part in hands-on experiences such as barista classes and guided samplings of agave spirits and botanical beverages. Special spaces will also be dedicated to cacao, chocolate, and even the iconic Negroni.

Enoteca presented by Bank of America
The Enoteca, presented by Bank of America, invites guests to sip and savor more than 80 wines from the United States and 17 from Latin America.
For an added experience, don’t miss Meet the Producers — a tasting that lets you sample 10 wines for $50 (purchase on site) from a rotating selection of 30 of the different wines being offered inside the Enoteca Wine Bar, while meeting the makers behind each pour. Each day features a different lineup of wineries, so every visit is unique.

Slow Drink Bar
The Slow Drink Bar celebrates the art of beverages with tastings and with workshops held in the Slow Coffee and Beverage Workshop Room, led by international experts where you can discover the traditions and stories behind craft cocktails, spirits, iconic Negronis, ciders, and botanical drinks.
Throughout the weekend, guest bartenders from across the U.S. will also pop up behind the bar, mixing specialty cocktails you won’t want to miss.

Slow Food Coffee Coalition
